RHT Travel, the publisher of AgentSky.net has written these Terms of Service to govern the use of AgentSky.net. If you visit AgentSky.net, you agree to the following terms.
AgentSky.net provides templates both by in-house and freelance designers. We contractually prohibit our designers from using materials that infringes third party intellectual property rights (such as copyright, trademark, trade dress and right of publicity) in their designs. We encourage intellectual property rights owners to contact us if they believe that a designer has infringed their rights.
If you let us know that your rights are being infringed by one of our designers we will (in our discretion) remove the template in question from products and, if the designer continues to infringe your rights (or infringes the rights of others) terminate our agreement with the designer.
If you believe that your intellectual property rights have been infringed by one of our designer, please provide our Copyright Officer with a notification that contains one of tthe following information:

Travel agent accounts
Accounts containing invalid payee or contact information may be deleted without notice. Accounts with no activity for 90 days may be deleted without any notice. Accounts associated with network abuse (including unwelcome email, cross posting, mousetraps, or respawning windows) will be suspended without any notice.Important information

Our website grants you non-exclusive limited license to use the web templates and other products sold through our web site by independent content providers (the "products") in accordance with these Terms and Conditions (the "license") issued by our company.Limited usage granted
You may use each individual product on a single website only, belonging to either you or your client. You have to purchase the same template once more in order to make another project with the same design.Imagery, clipart and fonts
All imagery, clipart and fonts used in our templates are royalty-free and are the integral part of our products. Limited-usage License gives you the right to use images, clipart and fonts only as a part of the website you build using your template. You can use imagery, clipart and fonts to develop one project only. Any kind of separate usage or distribution is prohibited.Modifications
You are authorized to make any necessary modification(s) to our products to fit your purposes.Installations
We do not install any of our products which require this (osCommerce templates, Zen Cart templates, etc.). Installation is a paid service which is not included in the package price.Unauthorized use
You may not place any of our products, modified or unmodified, on a diskette, CD, website or any other medium and offer them for redistribution or resale of any kind without prior written consent from our company.License
You may not sub-license, assign, or transfer this license to anyone else without prior written consent from AgentSky.net.Ownership
You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our products, modified or unmodified. All products are property of independent content providers. Our products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. In no event shall our juridical person be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our products.Information disclosure
You may not disclose any order information which includes but is not limited to Order ID, download link, etc.Our refund policy
Since AgentSky.net is offering non-tangible irrevocable goods we do not issue refunds after the product is shipped, which you are responsible for understanding upon purchasing any article at our site. Please make sure that you've carefully read 'sources available' section. We only make exceptions with this rule when the product appears to be not-as-described on a case by case basis in agreement of the parties concerned. The deadline for any refund claim is one week after the delivery date. The refund is issued to you after we receive a Waiver of Copyright signed by you. This is a required condition.Antifraud check
Customer purchase can be suspended for manual antifraud check for 10-20 minutes as well as it can be suspended for longer term (around 20 hours) for more serious investigation. Antifraud check occurs because of growing number of fraud transactions from persons who are not actual cardholders of the credit cards used during purchase.Username & password
When you become a Member of AgentSky.net, you agree to take responsibility for all activities that occur in accordance to your account or password. You agree not to sell, transfer, and/or assign your membership or any rights associated with your membership. You are responsible for the keep sake, confidentiality of your username and password. You will not share your username and password with other, otherwise your subscription will be automatically cancels. RHT Travel, the publisher of AgentSky.net reserves the right to terminate your account if you violate our terms.Copyright
